FCLS is located centrally in Vaughan Ontario. Our premises are comprised of 9 offices consisting of over 3000 square feet. We are a fully secured environment with prohibited access except to electronic pass holders.

All representatives are members of the Law Society of Upper Canada and must adhere to the highest level of Law practice in Canada.

All documentation is secured in locked fireproof file cabinets. Data and software systems are maintained through ThinDesk, a SAS 70 compliant software service company. Many of our programs are PIC-DSS compiant.

All data is mirror copied, duplicated, encrypted and stored in a separate secure facility.
